Pension Protection Fund

The PPF has issued new actuarial factors for commutation and annualised values of lump sums which are effective from 1 August 2012.  No change has been made to the early retirement factors as these are still considered to be broadly cost neutral. The PPF has also issued a note providing some general information on the calculation of the factors.
