General Note: Any interested person who wishes to make written representations on any of these applications should ensure that the Scheme Manager receives any such representations by the date stated for each application.

If you wish to appeal the review decision you should normally do this within two months of the date of the review decision, but the Pension Protection Fund Ombudsman has the discretion to extend this.
