If the cost of locating the information is below the appropriate limit of £450 (see exemptions question), we are only permitted to charge you for postage and costs associated with reproducing the information, such as photocopying. Charges may be waived at our discretion.

 

Where charges apply, we will send you a fees notice and we must receive payment from you before we are able to supply you with the information you’ve requested. If we do not receive your payment within 3 months we will treat your request as withdrawn.
