Ann Berresford was Finance Director for the Bank of Ireland’s UK Financial Services Division and Bristol & West plc until 2006. She was also a Board member of Bristol & West Pension Trustees Ltd from 2001 to 2006. Prior to this, Ann held a range of senior roles in Clyde Petroleum plc, an independent British exploration and production company, including Group Treasurer and Finance Director for their substantial Dutch operations based in The Hague. Ann is now a non-executive director for the Bath Building Society and an independent trustee to the local government Avon Pension Fund, administered by Bath & North East Somerset Council.

Ann read Chemistry at Liverpool University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
